    Purchase faja.. Prior to surgery Prior to delivery Prior to losing weight Prior to gaining Weight It is ideal to start wearing your faja ASAP for best results. Purchase based on a guestimate using current measurments. The multiple colums allows most flexibility.
  • Are products 100% authentic Colombian?
    Yes, all products are manufactured in the contry of colombia.
  • What's Your Return Policy?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL The Faja Lady does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores and online. Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Many clothing items that we carry are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process. Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the garment might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts of garment or other garments. Care for the garment is customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by The Faja Lady. Size: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to check for the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making Sure that they fit them. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences. Fit: It is not uncommon for a garment to become loose when tackling swelling within a short amount of time. These garments are meant to encourage the release of swelling. If a smaller garment is preferred it must be purchased at that time. WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? - YOU MIGHT ASK.. Because you do not want to wear an intimate garment someone else wore directly against their private areas, even if it is for just once. The garments we carry as you know are manufactured all over Colombia and sold locally in the US For the convenience of our customers, it is not possible for us to return these back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to vou, the customer. Instead we ask you to make sure vou are buying the product vou are going to keep and use. All garments should be well examined and inspected for imperfections before leaving the store. Once again - All sales are final, No exceptions.
